I have a Nesco that would hold the turkey if you want.

Here is a list of Food for the Yule Moot so far:

Daniel and Lorriedel:  Turkey (I have this already),  
 Roast (Looks like it will be beef, I can't seem to find an affordable 
vennison  roast),
                                 Yorkshire Pudding and 
                                 Plum Pudding
 
Zigana:  Lemon cake and 
            Cookies
 
Grietje: Fruitcake
 
Astrid: real mac and cheese and a 
           pie of  some description....
 
Kelli: mashed potatoes and a diabetic pumpkin pie
