[Great Hall of Rockwall] Venture Crew

[nonpareil]

I'm confusted.  Am I reading correctly that this is a group that helps 
young adults learn and do stuff?  And what was the proposition that was 
set to the shire?  (I am totally guessing here, and that this all came 
up sometime before Janos and I showed up.)  (either that or I was 
daydreaming during some conversation and it went way over my head and 
beyond the rainbow.)
