Wulf can explain better than I, as he was involved with the discussions 
with the BSA at the time. I was a bystander. More or less. As I said, 
the site has full info about the program--the issue our group has, is 
mainly a lack of personnel of the right ages. (The requirements are 
pretty stringent.)
