Greetings unto all,

As most of you know I have been going through a very stressful time in 
my life. I would like to thank all of you who have offered me support, 
friendship, and assistance. I currently hold the offices of Archery 
Marshal and Webminister for the shire and I am currently the Class 
Coordinator for DoA III. The apologies mentioned in the subject are in 
regards to these positions.

First I would like to apologize for the poor performance of my duties in 
these offices. I admit that I was over-ambitious and have continually 
tried to do more than was in my power to accomplish. My unrealistic 
expectations have become apparent in the fact that the website 
modifications are still not complete nor has the site been updated in 
some time. We have also had a distinct lack of archery practices do my 
being unavailable.The shire deserves much better than this and for that 
I apologize.

With that out of the way, I am now putting out a call for anyone 
interested in taking over as archery marshal, webminister, and/or class 
coordinator. Any volunteers willing to pick up my slack will be provided 
with all of the resources that I have available. The position of Archery 
Marshal is one that will be more difficult to fill, because it actually 
requires a warrant, training, testing, etc. but the process shouldn't be 
too bad if someone really wants to pursue it.
