[Great Hall of Rockwall] group clarifications

Freehold is one of the "Applicant Group" titles. It was decided that 
new/forming groups would use a different set of identifiers so it would 
be more obvious which groups were full status and which weren't. The 
other names that these groups can use are Outpost, Village, Colony, & Fort.
