I would rather see the chicken soup, since the Netherlands hotpot is all 
red meat (beef, venison, and lamb). Whole chickens work beautifully and 
are *way* cheaper than boneless skinless breast meat. I've always 
figured on 1/3-1/4 lb of meat per person--and never once have I heard a 
complaint that there wasn't enough meat. (And being the cheapskate 
Frisian that I am, I go closer to the 1/4 lb...)

As for quantity: I upped the limit on Feast to 75, BUT--That includes up 
to 25 freebies for royals and entourage. That's probably a high number 
but better safe than sorry. As I said in my previous post, if we sell 30 
seats we'll break even--and that's what we sold last year. It's really 
50 PAID feast seats plus the 25 over the top.
