9. Let your group know you've never autocratted an event before.
8. Blindly respond, "I can do that!" when awakened from your mid-meeting 
nap.
7. Be the only person not in the room during autocrat selection.
6. Come up with a great event idea for your group to host
5. "Eenie, Meenie, Minee, Moe!"
4. Agree to be the autocrat's Drop Dead Deputy (thus giving said 
autocrat a means to escape)
3. "If you absolutely can't find anyone else, I can do it..."

This has been a brief attempt at levity. Had this been actual humor,
