[Great Hall of Rockwall] What do you want in your waybread?

  Nuts and dried fruit are always delicious.  I would put either cinnamon or lavender, but not both together in the waybread.  Lavender and honey would make a lighter tasting, more summery waybread than the cinnamon would.  The one thing I ask is that you not put any cloves in it.
