[Great Hall of Rockwall] BAR news: new mead bottled today

To whom it may concern,

I finally bottled the traditional mead I started back in... whenever it 
was I started it. July? Maybe? June? I don't remember. Anyway, it's a 
1gal batch. *Very* clear, and while it's plainly new to the taste, I 
have a feeling that come next May--and the Second Annual Mead Wars South 
competition--it will be smooth as glass, and probably rather sweet.

And ja, all the bottles are labeled. :-)
