[Great Hall of Rockwall] BAR news: new mead bottled today

I have 3 gallons of blackberry I need to bottle that have been pronounced  
"very delicate"  .  here's hoping it comes out better than the peach,  it was 
started at the same time...........

competition--it will be smooth as glass, and probably rather  sweet.
