We did have a couple of laughs (it was *us* after all). Ask him sometime 
about "cannibal soup." :-)

The best news he's gotten from his dr is that said dr is "cautiously 
optimistic." Hey, I'd take that in his place, for sure.

He told me as we were saying good night that he intends to be at DoA to 
do his job--perhaps in a wheelchair, but he intends to be there.

I said we'll all see him when he comes in. :-)
