[Great Hall of Rockwall] DoA

  The mushroom tarts are very easy to make.  You saute the mushrooms in butter and season them with salt and pepper to taste.  Fill a purchased pie crust halfway and cover with 1 cup of shredded white cheese and 1 cup of yellow cheese.  ( The cheese can be cut down to 1'2 a cup each if necessary.)  Put on the top crust, crimp and decorate with leaf cutouts or something and bake until the crust is browned.
