[Great Hall of Rockwall] BAR Meeting this Saturday at 3pm

Greetings all!

The Brewers' Academy meeting will be held at Wolvesbane Manor this 
Saturday. I will admit that I haven't formalized an itinerary, but I do 
know that we will be racking and possible bottling a choclate mead that 
is currently 2 years in the carbouy. I also have 2 bottles of strawberry 
melomel that was made at the last BAR meeting held at the Manor (1-2 
years ago).

It  was mentioned to me that we may have a fruit press available and I 
already know there is a heavily burdened pear tree in my neighbor's yard 
that we have permission to harvest. Perhaps we may be able to make a 
batch of Pear wine or a Perry (Pear Melomel).

In regards to food, it will be more or less Pot Luck. I am hoping to 
have a chance to make up the special sauce so I can offer up a special 
Anglo-Saxon treat...Gaggers (New York System Weiners). I will warn 
everyone ahead of time. These are not for the weak of heart or the faint 
of stomach. :)
