This morning, I found out that fantasy author and the creator of Discworld, Terry Pratchett, 59, has been diagnosed with a kind of early onset Alzheimer's. The diagnosis comes after a year of strange health problems, including a phantom stroke.

So far, Pratchett is staying optimistic and pledging to keep up with all the commitments he has already made, including the publication of at least 2 more Discworld books.
Keep a good thought for him--and hope none of his doctors is Bloody Stupid Johnson!
