[Great Hall of Rockwall] armoring workshop

I'm figuring that my armor is far enough along at this point that there
is no point worrying about it until we have a few more kits catching up.
I would also like to get some input on the knee cops before moving
forward with any more steel work. I donated the sheets to the shire so
that we can get as much armor done for everyone as possible. If it turns
out that we need to completely redo all of the knee and/or elbow cops it
might take what we have left. I also know that Lance isn't going to be
using a standard set that we have marked out, so we'll need a fair sized
chunk set aside to make his.
