Just my two cents:

Makes sense to me that, since the new guys/gals who need armor will be  
using plastic, and since all the tools for that (but not the plastic  
itself) are at Wolvesbane, and since there are three, count 'em THREE,  
sewing machines at Wolvesbane...

that we move the workshop to Wolvesbane, so the most people can get  
the most out of it.

Another country heard from, is all.
