For those of you who will be handling a class at birthday, would you 
please get the following information to me so we can get some kind of 
schedule roughed out
 
how much time do you think you may need? one hour, I think
limit on class size -- no more than 10
how much space do you need -- two tables would be fine, or half a room, 
however it pans out
brief description of class -- basic feast planning (menu, quantities, 
amounts, etc.)
would you prefer morning or afternoon time slot -- afternoon, I'll 
probably be prepping food all morning...
