The Bearfolk had a meeting/grill out session yesterday (Lord Daniel's first 
BBQ since his injury!). We are not optimistic that they will be able to find 
a new venue for WW in Wisconsin at this late date. The 3 Bears agreed that 
if we were running the show, we would just offer our resources to PMP. But 
we also came to the consensus that we are not running the show, and that is 
unfortunate. Depending on what happens over the next 2 weeks, we may end up 
at PMP too. Frankly, I wish the Baronial powers that be would just cancel it 
quickly so I can switch around my vacation time. But that would be logical 
and considerate, wouldn't it?

Would the shire prefer to just forget WW and head for PMP instead? Has 
anyone ever been? What's it like?

Here's the local newspaper's coverage of what's going on. There are no 
pictures, so it should be OK for work, although the prude in me wouldn't

If I remember correctly, isn't a lot of this campground visible from the 
road? Talk about gaper's delay potential. And this is definitely the sort of 
thing we don't need to be connected to right now.
