Greetings all
I think Lorridel may have a good idea. Instead of just soup or in place of
stew, sandwiches might be a better way to go. I was hoping to avoid a cold
lunch, but we may have no other choice.
we could also do a combination, a couple of Nesco's of soup/stew. cold
sandwiches, and sides. If I remember correctly, they did something similar last
year. for the kids -- hot dogs and mac & cheese. PB&J might not be a good
idea. some kids are allergic to p-nuts.
dessert may have to be fruit. we can't bake enough to provide desserts for
that many people without a lot of cooking, not cost effective as far as I can
see. and it is lunch, dessert isn't strictly necessary.
we can run lunch from 10:30/11 to 1 or so.
we can get on site at 7, so baking there may still be a possibility. if we
are going to stick with just sheet pans of brownies, mix time, baking time,
clean up, we might be able to still do that.
We can discuss a time line at Wolfsbane at the Stitch & BItch session
