If we don't have enough time to reheat the stew on site, how could we
ever make it from scratch on site in time?
If my calculations are correct, we would need 7 Nescos to heat 120
Quarts of stew. For those of us who only have Crockpots we would need 20
6qt pots. If we can come up with the Nescos, I think that would be the
best option. I haven't done a lot with them, but I would think that
bringing 20 Quarts of stew to temp would be a lot easier and faster than
trying to do 80 all at once.
