first ....nobody said we cant use the kitchen...

 do remember saying that the time we have and the fact that we are sharing the kitchen, will make anything we pre do very helpful.

I think that the large stoves and ovens there will be able to do whatever we like. If we can have nescos for warming or serving it will help....if we can precook that will help .if we can prebake that will help to.If there is somthing we have to cook there, Im sure there will be no problem.


I know that Astridr and I have nescos...anybody else???


   We are able to be onsite at 7 and lunch is at 11:30. Its not alot of time,but this would be the same anywhere at any event when doing the lunch..

    I thought from the begining that it was going to be...( prep or precooking before hand ,and cooking what we have to there ).
    
   
   I do know that for myself..a cold lunch on a Dec. afternoon , is not worth $5 per head. 

  
     not sure when the real walkthrough would be...Astridr would you please find out for us.


  Also Im sure the feastocrat would be interested in whos going to be able to be there to serve , cook , clean up...


   All I need to know is how many pounds of potatoes and carrots I have to peel ............I was able to avoid K.P. duty in the service.....but not in the SCA...
