Hello- First- Thanks for letting me join you last Saturday. I really enjoyed 
meeting everyone.
    I would like to offer my help for Boar's Head. I have a 24 quart and a 
12 quart stock pot and two larger slow cookers and some smaller ones too if 
needed. One is more like a smaller Nesco with variable temperature. I have a 
larger stand mixer too if needed for big batches of batter. I have some 
catering /restaurant experience- I can peel a veg or scrub a pot like a pro. 
I also have a couple cook books for making large quantities of items. Just 
let me know what I can do. Thanks- Kim
