I think we could definitely do that. I double checked and I have
everything for starting up a 5 gallon (I know... if I have everything
why isn't it already in the carbouy...)

Janos, if you run through a quick inventory of what you have I can let
you know if there is anything else you need. I might even be able to
give some of it next week. One thing you will want is some B-Brite
and/or One Step. They are cleaning solutions to prevent bad things from
growing. I have quite a bit so I'll set some aside for you.
