I'll be bold and answer for Lady Koko (our Chatelaine, who replied  
first to you) re: allergies. She's very allergic to cloves. Another of  
our members is eating gluten-free, but she usually brings her own  
special things if memory serves. A few of us (myself included) are  
watching sugars and refined flour (diabetic, or nearly so, so low-GI  
foods are preferable)--but there, again, we usually tend to ourselves.

Cloves is the big thing I remember.
