[Great Hall of Rockwall] (no subject)

Kheer is pretty much Indian rice pudding flavored with cardamom and 
sometimes pistachios.  mmmmm.  yummy sweet dessert.  Milk and rice and 
sugar and flavorings, cooked forever, and served either hot or cold or 
room temp.
