A forward from the kingdom site. Looks like they are going to officially make the webminister position separate from the chronicler's office. Right now, the webminister is technically a sort of adjunct to the chronicler. I think it's like the website is under the chronicler's perview, but he/she farms that responsibility out to the webminister. (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) We've pretty much ran it as 2 separate offices in our shire as long as I've been here.
The proposed changes look like Corpora is adopting a framework similar to ours.

> The Board of Directors, at the request of the Society Chronicler and
> Society Webminister proposes the following changes to Corpora. This
> proposal is designed to spin off the Society Web Minister’s office as a
> deputy of the Society Chronicler into a separate and autonomous office
> reporting to the President of the corporation.
>
> The current day to day operational impact on the chronicler’s office at
> the society level will be minimal. The two offices work independently
> today with only a few instances of overlap in dealing with copyright and
> intellectual ownership questions. The day to day operational impact on
> the web minister’s office will be minimal. The biggest change would be
> in the structure of command.
>
> The Society Web Minister will report to the President of the SCA, Inc.
> as to reflect the current chain of command of the Society Chronicler.
> The Kingdom Web Ministers will report to the Society Web Minister. How
> the Kingdoms will treat the Kingdom Web Minister, either as a great
> office or as a lesser office will be up to the Kingdoms.
