[Great Hall of Rockwall] OT Cease and desist letter to winter

In the Wisconsin forum of a political website I haunt, someone has put up a cease and desist order to winter.

"Dear Winter:

"1. You are hereby notified that I have had it.
"2. You and your fluffy white minions must CEASE AND DESIST. I'm not really sure what CEASE AND DESIST means in this context. I mean, I don't want you to melt all at once and flood everything. How about this: Just go away. You figure out how.
"3. Should you not comply immediately, I think I will file a complaint in Federal District Court for an injunction, just to see what happens. Assuming someone spots me the filing fee.

"Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter."

I'm thinking a class action suit might be in order...
