Wulf just spoke with Martin, who said he tried to send a message to the 
list last night but it failed to come across.

Please call Martin if you are attending OR if you are not. In light of 
the below-0 temps (and worse wind chills) it's entirely understandable 
if folks prefer to stay inside.

Martin will be happy to see whoever shows up, but please call him 
*either way* so he will know how many he should be expecting.
