      Hail to the Hall


     The day went well. Some snow in the morning ,but it quit before noon. I went as escort to the Lady Astridr. Her lord husband was sick , and was not able to attend. We left around 2 or so (not being a fighter..there is just so much watching and talking you can do).

     There wasnt a big crowd...but I met quite alot of tin hats....alot of barons ..ex roalty..and of course the prince and princess . 

     Came away with ideas for my armour...saw some very well done leather armour. Got to see Astridrs new sewing machine  " WOW"  and it sews canvas and light leather   "WOW"

      Still waiting to hear where and when for next meeting.

  Will be trying to get people together to go to raiper practice in Madiosn in the coming weeks...maybe middle or end of Feb.
