[Great Hall of Rockwall] memorial day

Hi Everyone-
    Memorial weekend is fast approaching. Eek. I would appreciate any help getting set up for the sale. Next weekend being mother's day has become filled with family stuff around here. But other than that my schedule is pretty flexible. If anyone has time during the week or weekends other than next weekend, just call me (262-642-3719 or 262-745-2069) and we'll do it. I think I have enough stickers/ tags. We could use some tables. I have some signs and can make some more. If you have things you would like to contribute, bring them (hopefully before the sale).  I am thinking of starting the sale Friday if all is ready because the hard core rummagers are out even though the city- wide sale isn't official until Saturday. (I've been getting asked about it by neighbors etc. already).  Can anybody lend a hand on Friday?  Saturday morning is another busy time.  
    As for camping- what do you need from me? Other than a kitchen, I have a gas grill, I have a grate that I use over the burning pit to cook. I have a tripod for over coals too (not a very good one though). I have cast iron for cooking over a fire too.  What else?????????????

  Hail to the Hall on this somewhat miserable Saturday

  Memorial Day is fast approaching, and there are a few things we need to do. so for the first pass on this.........

  to begin with,   we will be participating in the East Troy city wide yard/rummage sale, many thanks to Kim for the idea and the use of her home and garage.  We will need a few people to gather and help Kim  with the pricing, arranging, etc. ( Plus to get first crack at the goodies ;-))   be thinking of what shift you want to "work" during  the sale, because I know of at least two people who are planning on hitting some of the other sales areas. 

  Kim if you would please let us know when would be the best time to do this.  and how many people you think you will need to help.  

  Secondly,  food--anyone wishing to camp at  Kim's be thinking of which meal you want to participate in/make/help prepare.  be aware of food allergies please, we don't want to make any emergency room trips.---watermelon, cloves, mushrooms.
