[Great Hall of Rockwall] memorial day

I like a girl with a plan. I feel a rummage sale happening. Saturday May 17th is hereby unofficially Get-the-rummage-sale-together Day. Be there or be square. 
Camping- alcohol, drumming and dancing sounds like fun to me. I just bought some bongos. Can someone teach me to carry a beat because it is fast apparent I have no sense of timing? 
     I have been working on cleaning out the fire pit. Charcoal is supposed to make good fertilizer;  we'll see.  I can't imagine running out of firewood. I have a chain saw if need be (and many more manually  powered devises when all else fails). 
    I am limited to just the one refrigerator but I have two or three coolers.  I have the one coffee maker but do have another carafe to use while more is brewing so the urn is optional. How many people are we planning on???  A port-o-john was mentioned at one time. 
    I hate to even mention this but, don't forget mosquito juice. They have already made an appearance here as soon as it warms up in the least. Blood thirsty beasts. 
    What else am I forgetting??????

   more tables.  we have a large one, and a couple of smaller ones.  the Shire Should have a couple as well.  Last I knew they were at Lone Stone.  Martin????

  camping, we usually claim spots on a first come, first gets it.  If there is any place we can't set up tents, you will have to let us know.  For example, do you want to freak the neighbors or not?   what about alcohol?   drumming and dancing around the fire upset any one?   do you have enough firewood?   

  if you have the kitchen, gas grill and cooking grate covered we should be good in the cooking department.  we just need to know who wants to do what meal.  I have 4 racks of ribs for at least part of one supper.  since it is pork we will need another entree to go with them.  and I can pick up a couple of boxes of homades too.  How are you set for refrigeration? 

  We have a big coffee urn if you need us to bring it.   there are some hard core coffee addicts in the group, just in case you haven't figured that out yet.

      Hail to the Hall on this somewhat miserable Saturday

      Memorial Day is fast approaching, and there are a few things we need to do. so for the first pass on this.........

      to begin with,   we will be participating in the East Troy city wide yard/rummage sale, many thanks to Kim for the idea and the use of her home and garage.  We will need a few people to gather and help Kim  with the pricing, arranging, etc. ( Plus to get first crack at the goodies ;-))   be thinking of what shift you want to "work" during  the sale, because I know of at least two people who are planning on hitting some of the other sales areas. 

      Kim if you would please let us know when would be the best time to do this.  and how many people you think you will need to help.  

      Secondly,  food--anyone wishing to camp at  Kim's be thinking of which meal you want to participate in/make/help prepare.  be aware of food allergies please, we don't want to make any emergency room trips.---watermelon, cloves, mushrooms.
